    Ah, at last! Looks like a great spot for a ride. I heartily support the post-ride visit to Greggs… many a year since I was in one of their stores!

      Yeah, I think it is impossible to miss Greggs now in the UK there is a store every 10 yards. 😂

      My other take away haunt in the mornings is Tim Hortons though. I like the omelettes they do.

        Yeah there were quite a few Greggs even back in 2017! 😂

        Tim Hortons don’t do omelettes but they make a breakfast nutty with sausage that’ll stick with ya all day.

        This is interesting and has ruined my belief that I was trying genuine Canadian cuisine.

        I will now annoy people with this fact though.

        Sorry to burst your bubble. They do have something new called “omelette bites” that look like tiny hockey pucks…

        If you want something truly Canadian, look for poutine (POO-teen): French fries with gravy, topped with cheese curds. I’ve only rarely seen that in the UK.
