Hello,

Last week was a difficult week for me, and so have the few before it. Sometimes you have to try and work out who you can trust and who you can’t. It can be very painful to be brutally stabbed in the back by someone you confided in. When money is involved, it is sadly predictable that they will try and use your mental health to destroy you after using it to make sure that they have a nicely feathered nest egg.

Anyway, onwards and upwards, and that is why I’m sharing this video. It is important to be vulnerable, the majority of people, such as my partner, will try and help you, and it is always worth remembering that.

I am a bit naive to ADHD, so this video was helpful to try and imagine how someone with ADHD thinks about things. Thank you.

Morning. I found your blog yesterday and have been working my way through it.

Firstly loving the tracklocross stuff; I’ve been riding a skinny fixed gravely 29er down in East Lothian for years and loving it. You’ve got me thinking about taking it to the next level.

Secondly. Thanks for this video – it resonates with me… never had a diagnosis, but I am what in the old days would be referred to as ‘scatter brained’.

        Thanks for popping past.

Hopefully some day I can bump into you out on the trails.

Glad I could give you a video that resonates.

I am newly diagnosed (aged 60) and the more I watch and listen to others experiences of how their brains work, Im discovering how it can be a very individualist thing, yet in your description and your writings I can see aspects of my own process there. Really appreciate your sharing.

I’m glad you could see that you are not alone. I think we are all pretty similar but the way we describe it differs due to our different vantage points.
